Kuno brings 20+ years of leadership and team development experience — not only from the demanding hospitality industry (from five-star hotels to high-stakes restaurants), but also from the personal development space, where he guided senior professionals in deep transformational growth.As a former Head of Admission in a leadership network focused on self-awareness and purpose-driven leadership, and a four-time GM brought in to turn around struggling companies, Kuno knows what it takes to build culture, connection, and clarity from the ground up.He’s finishing his certification as Spark Coach and is an experienced facilitator of leadership programs in Denmark and internationally.
